I received the tv through courier delivery today (10th Apr 2025) but there was no remote with it. I had purchased this for a special event but unfortunately it was ruined. I am so disappointed with this issue right now. I had promised my daughter to get her a new tv before her vacation and now I’m looking at it but cannot switch it on.
