The Good Guys review: Customer service at Cannington WA

Around 9.39AM 26/8/26 I got transferred the call from the main help center to Cannington WA Branch where I got bought my product. My issue was the service guy could not finish setting up washer due to the fact that it was out of his scope. Actually, I could understand that but I would like to get clarify about something else related to this issue. When the Indian guy who is working at Cannington WA Branch got the call with me, he was explaining me what is going on with the rude tone of voice. I said I understood and tried to ask him another question about my extension that I bought it and I could not use it because the service guy could not do this job. I asked him about returning the extension pipe. I feel like he ignored me and kept saying what he wanted to say. Ending up, he asked me to go to the shop and will get more explanation. I feel like he thought I am so stupid that I could not understand what he is saying. Actually, I told him already that I understood that. For this service I have been to the shop many times because of unprofessional service guy. It was waste my time and my fuel to going there just for one job. First time, they could not finish the job because of the original drain pipe is too short so the service guy told me to buy the extension. Second time, I had to go back to the shop to buy extension pipe. Third time, I had to go to the shop to make a booking for the service because I could not reach them. No one picked the phone. When I went to the store and I saw it by my eyes. The phone was ringing, no one picked up the phone at all. I do not know what the purpose of phone at the branch because it was useless. Forth time, I must go back to ask about the return and refund because staff on the phone, he did not listen to me and I had to find out at the shop myself.
I am so disappointed, I paid for you guy to do the job but you guy just said you cannot do it. If it is free, I do not mind if you are ignoring it. This is not free at all.
I hope you will do something with this issue and help to find out who he is and let me know the name. Thank you.
