The Fragrance Shop review: Aftershave

My order was unexpectedly withheld for "proof of billing" checks. Nowhere was I warned this was a possibility. On providing this proof it took 4 working days to get a response from customer service who then "handed this to another member of staff." This took another 1-2working days. There was no reasons given as to why this happened, however my order therefore missed the expected delivery date very significantly. This was a birthday gift now which now missed the birthday through no fault of my own. COMPLETELY UNSATISFACTORY.

When the item finally arrived very late yet another problem, it was missing the "try it first" sample I had purchased with my order meaning the order will now have to be returned as I do not want to risk the item being opened if it is not right. Incredibly disgusting customer service, I am beyond appalled at how fragrance shop have handled my purchase, it is clear to see why there are so many awful reviews.

Please send me a free sample bottle of my order, as I have already purchased, so that the product can be tested. Please provide a partial refund of my order cost for the incredibly lengthy and inappropriate delay to my order dispatch.
