I purchased a fragrance allegedly close to Bacarrat Rouge 540. And didn't get shipment information. Only after reaching out to them I was sent a tracking number which at that point the item was out for delivery. They advertise their fragrances to be in very close competition with designer brands and their product smells like toilet water. Not only that they also advertise free returns "satisfaction guaranteed * and when trying to return an item you don't get your money back. The only options are store credit at discounted price. Customer service stops responding to your emails after you make a purchase. And there is no phone number available. Major red flag. I'm $46 short on a "fragrance" that smells like an old lady with no option for money back. This is a sham!

Yes, I placed an order with you guys and I received received two products that were in good shape, and the other which was the cherry smashed number 12 had not been sealed well, and had seeped into the box and the packaging, including the label that has my order number, which I have pictures of all of this that I would love to share if I can figure out how to do that here. Don't even bother wasting your time with those other reviews and testimonials that rave about this stuff. It's all just a ploy to get you to buy it. Trust me, I fell for it, now I'm here to warn you. This product is pure, absolute garbage. I mean, I bought it so you don't have to. That's how bad it is. And don't even get me started on the quality of the bottles. They're so cheap, it's ridiculous. The whole thing just screams "paid promo scam." Don't let yourself fall for it. Save your money and invest in a real Creed fragrance, that's my advice to you.

Got an email from ALT Fragrances talking about giving free cologne bottle for video review. Happily did a video following their instructions only to get an email saying that they didn't receive it. Repeating the process three times more & even using a third-party site that they recommended, finally the third-party confirmed that they received it. To make sure, copied myself along with the video attached on the second time and sent them a screenshot of the email. Still, no free bottle was given and now thinking it's all BS because it's been a long process for nothing. So unprofessional of them and a waste of time. I wouldn't recommend anyone falling for their offer.
