Billing
I paid my monthly fee when I signed up, and it was not an authorization that just dropped off my card. It was the full monthly fee on October 26. I’ve tried to email them and they all come back undeliverable. I get this email from them saying my subscription is in jeopardy of being canceled. I’ve never been sent anything and I’ve already been billed, so what is there to lose? I have no way of reaching these people people, but they’ve managed to take money out of my account I’m furious.
Desired outcome: Send me the product I paid for and fix your billing department.
