I bought some weights from The Fitness Armory NorCal on August 06. They said it would take "4-12 weeks" to deliver, but it's been more than 17 weeks now. I've been trying to contact them through email, but they haven't responded. And when I call, all I get is a recorded message.

I ordered from Fitness Armory in May , and they promised to deliver my products within 8-12 weeks. It's been 31 weeks now, and I still haven't received my fully paid products. They haven't kept their promise and are refusing to give me a refund.

I bought a thing from The Fitness Armory NorCal on 8/4. They said it would take 4-12 weeks to get it. But it's been 13 weeks now and still no sign of my stuff. I emailed them and got an automatic reply. Then I emailed them again a week later. I even sent a text and a message on Instagram. All I got was another automatic email reply. So I had to complain to my credit card company. I don't think this company even has the thing I ordered, and I don't think they're ever gonna send it.

I ordered products from this company for $3500, but it's been five months and I still haven't received anything. The only way to contact them is through text or email. They take weeks to respond unless you express your frustration. They processed my transactions even though they didn't have the products in stock, and it seems like they've done this to other customers too. I had to dispute the charges with my credit card company.

On 4/01, I placed an order for $543.22 worth of products from The Fitness Armory, which they claimed to have in stock. They charged my card but never sent me the stuff. When I contacted them, they said the product was on backorder. I've tried reaching out multiple times, asking for either the product or a refund through their preferred methods (email, voicemail, and text message). However, I haven't received any response from The Fitness Armory since July. As the one-year mark approaches, it seems like The Fitness Armory is just gonna keep my $543.22 and never deliver the product.

URGENT MATTER: 06/20 - I placed an order for a rolled rubber mat on 10/19. I emailed them on 1/17 and again on 1/26 to get an update on the status of my order. Unfortunately, despite waiting for several months, I never received any communication via phone or email regarding my order. Frustrated, I decided to physically visit the Sacramento facility three times. On my first two attempts, I was told that my order would arrive the following week, but it never did. I felt like I was being given the runaround. So, I made a third trip to the facility to request a full refund. However, they only offered me store credit or a different type of mat that I would have to pick up the following week. Since I had already spent so much time commuting for this purchase, I didn't agree to their offer. I was then connected to Jessie at 661.858.3311. To my disappointment, he turned out to be the most unprofessional person I have encountered in years. He started arguing with me and was not willing to give me a refund. He was completely non-compliant.

But now it's been 29 weeks since I made the purchase, which is 15 weeks longer than the expected fulfillment time. In March, when it had been 14 weeks, I asked for an update and tried to cancel the order. They said no refunds, but assured me the order would be fulfilled soon. Since then, I've had very little communication and the responses I do get are not helpful. I've been sending weekly emails to both the facility and their "escalations" email address, asking to cancel the order and get a refund, but I haven't heard back. I would really appreciate your help in getting my money back. Thank you

So I bought a 300lb weight set in August . I knew it would take longer because of COVID. On 12/2, I got an email saying part of my order was ready for pickup. Everything was there except for the 5lb and 10lb plates. I tried contacting them through their website, email, text, and phone calls in January and February to ask about the rest of my order. They only replied with a text offering store credit for the missing plates. I asked if I could return the whole order for a refund, but they only offered store credit for the 5lb and 10lb plates or different plates that wouldn't match. I spent a lot of money on this set and their customer service is terrible, almost non-existent. It seems like they're using COVID as an excuse to not fulfill orders. I'd really appreciate any help with this. Thanks
