Unfortunately, despite waiting for several months, I never received any communication via phone or email regarding my order. Frustrated, I decided to physically visit the Sacramento facility three times. On my first two attempts, I was told that my order would arrive the following week, but it never did. I felt like I was being given the runaround. So, I made a third trip to the facility to request a full refund. However, they only offered me store credit or a different type of mat that I would have to pick up the following week. Since I had already spent so much time commuting for this purchase, I didn't agree to their offer. I was then connected to Jessie at 661.858.3311. To my disappointment, he turned out to be the most unprofessional person I have encountered in years. He started arguing with me and was not willing to give me a refund. He was completely non-compliant.

So I bought a 300lb weight set in August . I knew it would take longer because of COVID. On 12/2, I got an email saying part of my order was ready for pickup. Everything was there except for the 5lb and 10lb plates. I tried contacting them through their website, email, text, and phone calls in January and February to ask about the rest of my order. They only replied with a text offering store credit for the missing plates. I asked if I could return the whole order for a refund, but they only offered store credit for the 5lb and 10lb plates or different plates that wouldn't match. I spent a lot of money on this set and their customer service is terrible, almost non-existent. It seems like they're using COVID as an excuse to not fulfill orders.
