I got a broken thing. I messaged them on their site. Sent them emails and called them a bunch, but nobody answers. I saw other people saying the same thing. It's so annoying to waste almost a grand on this scammy company. I just want my money back.

I bought an Assault Runner Elite treadmill and an Assault Bike Pro on 11/27/22 for a total of $4k. The website said they'd ship it for free in 4 days. But guess what? I had to pay $18.65 for shipping, and it's already 12/27/22 and still no sign of my treadmill or bike. Can you believe it? I've seen other people on social media who bought their stuff after me and already got it. I've tried reaching out to Assault Fitness through email, Instagram messages, and even *** post comments, but no luck. They don't seem to care about getting my purchases to me any sooner. I'm starting to think they lied about having the products in stock. They say they're working on fixing the issue, but I'm the one who always has to bug them for updates. Honestly, I suggest you buy fitness equipment from any other company than Assault Fitness.

We bought an "Assault Fitness" Assault bike pro on 06/01. The bike got delivered to us a couple weeks later, and we noticed a big hole in the box. We told the delivery guy about it, and he wrote it down on his sheet. We put the bike together following their instructions, but the wheel was bent. The wheel was already assembled and had a metal cage around it. We didn't put the wheel together ourselves, and we couldn't have damaged it since it's protected by a metal cage. We reached out to Assault Fitness Customer Support and made a claim. They sent us a new wheel, assuming we knew how to swap it without any instructions. While trying to change the wheel, the sensor broke and I couldn't put it back together. I contacted Customer Support again and asked them to send us a new bike because the one they sent was broken. They said it was an "out of the box issue" and that we had to pay a repair service to fix it for us.

Sales rep lied about black friday deals. Messaged her about email offer, no response for over a week. Customer service said they're looking into it with management. Called this morning, they're avoiding my calls. Love the air runner but upset about being deceived. Update - they never contacted me, had to call them. Customer service didn't know about the deal until 2 days before black friday. They claimed no warehouse space for black friday deals. I told them I was given inaccurate information by the rep. They denied honoring the deal because I didn't order within 2 weeks of the promotion. They likely had too much inventory and pushed no black friday deal. Suddenly, marketing had a black friday deal they only knew about 2 days prior. Shady business practices. Two weeks prior to black friday deal was to prevent backlash. Shame on them.

I bought an AssaultRunner Elite treadmill from Assault Fitness on Black Friday. They had a promotion where I would also get an AssaultBike Pro with my purchase. I got an order confirmation email (#***) that said I would receive another email when it shipped. But I never got that email. Then, on Wednesday, November 30th, I got a call from the freight company. They said they would deliver it on December 5th between 1 and 4pm. They also said the driver would call me 30 minutes before arriving. But on December 5th, I didn't get any call or delivery. So I called the assault fitness customer support line. But I got a recorded message saying I called after hours, even though it was only 3pm Pacific time and they should still be open. I sent an email to the address shown on their website, but later I found out that the email got rejected and wasn't delivered because of their server settings.

On December 14th, I tried contacting the company again. But I couldn't talk to anyone on the phone, I could only leave a message. So I used the chat function instead. I chatted with someone named *** and told them that I was supposed to get my treadmill on December 5th, but I still didn't have it. They told me that all Black Friday orders would ship out by the end of that week, which was December 18th.

On December 19th, I reached out again because I still didn't get any shipping information over the weekend. I chatted with *** this time, and they gave me the original shipping info and tracking number. It showed that it was shipped on November 25th. I told them that I still didn't have the product, and they told me to contact the freight company.

On December 21st, I chatted with *** again and told them that the freight company couldn't find the shipment. They opened a ticket with the number S9PF8:SO15107 and said they would work with logistics to find an answer for me.

On December 22nd, I asked for an update, but they said there was still no update. I asked for an update by the end of the day on Friday, and they said I would have an answer by then. But I didn't receive any communication on Friday.

On December 27th, I chatted with *** again. They said they would work with logistics to order a replacement for me. I asked to speak to a manager, but they said they would forward my information and couldn't give me an expected time for a response.
