FARMERS DOG FOOD, OPERATION TEAM (REPORTED ON GOING COMPLIANANT) WITH MY DOGS FOOD DELIVERY by UPS GROUND from Texas, 13k+ miles, 3 day travel time to the box/packaging poor quality AND FOOD thawed. I received my box around 6 PM UPS. There were several packets that were defrosted in the box. This is an ongoing concern being that you're shipping from Texas. I live in Augusta Georgia. I'm closer to your plant and Jacksonville Florida. I'm concerned when I receive my box in the packaging labels are all coming off and especially when I receive it and there's several packets that have been defrosted, I'd like to know what we can do to best serve Loki with his food. I am requesting that it not be shipped from Texas again please let me know FARMERS DOG FOOD REP. WRITES: "At the moment your next 2 orders do look to be scheduled to come from the Jacksonville facility, but this can change last minute if needed by our Operations department. I am truly sorry about this experience. I really wish there was a way for me to guarantee that the orders won't come from Texas. I have passed along all of your feedback, yet I'm getting a roadblock with my Operations department letting me know that having orders always arrive from the same facility isn't possible at this time." I have pictures to post - Your solution is to refund/replace - a Band-Aid Fix - "unable to guarantee which fulfillment center future orders will come from due to operational capabilities." This needs to be Fixed! You are shipping my Dogs food over 1k miles up to 3 days - Tell me, what is Farmers Dog Food Founders Vision and Mission!
