I have paid for well over three thousand dollars with of ads for our birds and they continue to delete the ads we pay for without refunding any money this has occurred several times last time we lost over two thousand dollars worth of ads that they admit to deleting both times and say they will refund but they do not and have not. Every ad i have purchased I have receipts for. They email us recepts with AD id at the time of purchase. The issue I am having is I have read thoroughly through their policy and it stated nothing about how many listings ads or accounts you can have. I have not begun to even say how much time has been lost here creating these ads. They have stated that they will refund for the ads they have deleted but they have not refunded a penny or even responded after stating this! We are a legitimate company that truly cares about our pet birds and our customers. We are one of the best businesses for breeding and selling birds and bird products. We see a ton of fraud continuing to happen on this birdsNow website and continuing to recive calls from people who are very upset and crying saying they purchased a bird from someone on birdsnow and that they got scammed. We do our very best to be compassionate to our customers and help they choose a pet bird from our website and do the best we can to make them happy. I do not understand why they keep scammers on their website but want to delete legitimate breeders like us that do deliver to our customers. I have spent tiering hours creating ads just to have birdsNow delete them with no warning or money back even though they state they will. This has happened too many times and I need help doing something that is why I have chosen BBB. Here is their policy I am sending a copy to you so that you are able to see that they say nothing about how many ads you are allowed to have and they also say nothing about how many accounts you are allowed to have.
