I ordered from Only Natural Pet on September 16, 2019, but my order still hasn't been fulfilled. It's been a while and I'm starting to get worried. I sent them an email on September 20, but I haven't heard back from anyone yet. I'm getting frustrated and I don't know what to do.

I really hope they get back to me soon because I need my order. If they don't respond by Friday, I'm going to have to open a dispute with PayPal. It's not what I want to do, but I don't see any other option at this point.

On top of all that, I'm not a fan of their updated website. It's not as user-friendly as their old one. I wish they would go back to the old design because it was much easier to navigate.

Overall, I'm disappointed with my experience with Only Natural Pet. I hope they can fix these issues soon so that other customers don't have to go through the same thing.

I recently bought Only Natural Pet Hairball Care chews from Pet Smart and I must say, I had a bit of trouble opening the lid. I tried using different openers but to no avail. Eventually, I had to resort to cutting the lid with a knife. To my surprise, the inner seal was stuck to the lid, making it even more difficult to open. After all the trouble, I was disappointed to find out that my cat didn't want to eat them. It just smelled them and walked away. Now I have 60 chews that I can't use.

I doubt that Pet Smart will refund my money since the lid is already damaged. I wouldn't recommend buying this product to anyone. It smells like a cattle cake (pellet) that you feed to cattle. It's not very appetizing for cats, to say the least.
