My realty company refuses to fix home repairs
My realty company refuses to fix home repairs. It's 40 degrees at night in my kids' room. This has been an ongoing issue for 6 months. I've called, emailed, and put in work orders.
We been having pluming issues
We been having pluming issues. Toilets not flushing, water backing up into the master bathroom shower and overflowing on to the floor, not having access to water when this happens. I've called, texted, emailed and placed repair requests through the tenant portal and the issue has not been fixed. They are almost impossible to reach in an emergency they don't call back or respond to texts or emails sent. You can't even leave a message on the emergency number.
