I paid A1 Construction $1000 to buy materials for hardwood flooring installation in my home on 03/28. However, as of now, no materials have been purchased. I spoke to him on April 28, and asked for a refund. He told me that I would receive the refund the following Tuesday. Despite leaving multiple messages and texts, I have not received any reply. Ms. informed me that my money was taken to North Carolina to pick up the flooring and complete a job there. Until now, I haven't heard anything from him. I tried calling him early today, but he didn't answer.

Paid A1 construction *** $1500.00 for a new rubber roof at *** to fix the roof which leaked. My roof leaked in the kitchen and two bedrooms upstairs. After the work was done, the next rain, the roof leaked even worse. I contacted Mr *** and he came by and made some repairs which did not fix the problem. He made one more attempt at repairing the roof which did not work. Subsequent attempts to contact Mr *** have been futile. I have called several times, sent him texts, and even gone by the address listed on the contract to no avail. Upon examining the roof, it already looks to be 10 years old and it's been less than a year. I had to pay someone else $400.00 to fix the leak. At this point, all I want is my $1500.00 back. Some attempts to contact A1 Construction *** were from 1 AUG 2019 to 26 SEPT 2020.
