The Cleaning Authority review: Maybe every location should be judged independently

I live in Centennial, CO and use TCA monthly. We have found the service to be perfect. They show up when they say they will and clean as they advertise. We have used them for over a year and find very consistent results, but they do focus on rotating areas of the house and we always feel the house is much more clean after each service. It is always easy to dismiss due to someone else's problem situation, but remember each franchise is owned and operated by a different owner, so be sure to check you very local reviews before deciding. We have been very pleased.
