The Celebrity Dresses review: Horrible customer service

I purchased three dresses for a wedding and paid for expedited shipping back in February 2025. When the dresses arrived - I knew immeidately that they were not going to work (cheap material and designed wasn't the same as on the site). The tags were left on and I started the return policy. I paid for the shipping back and was in contact with "Kelly" - but, am still waiting for my credit. She said that at first they could not find my return - but, then they did. Then she said the Finance Department was issuing the credit - but, here we are 9 months later and still no credit. I email them weekly asking for updated and no response. Buyer Beware - this is a terrible company to deal with!
