I placed an order and received two incorrect items. One of them was a defective rhinestone beanie instead of the pearl one I had ordered. The other item was a pair of boots that were too narrow for my 9-year-old daughter's foot. I tried calling the customer service number, but no one answered. I left messages and also sent a Facebook message, but I didn't receive any return calls or messages. In frustration, I left a negative review. Eventually, I was given approval to return both items, but they refused to provide a postage-paid return label as stated in their return policy. I had to pay for the return shipping myself. According to their policy, I should have received a total of store credit, not cash, but they intentionally and fraudulently gave me less. They only credited me for the return shipping, the hat, and the boots. They failed to refund me the full amount I was owed for the items and also didn't compensate me for the shipping costs as promised.
