As someone who values both style and customer service, my experience with Curvy Sense left me with mixed feelings. While the trendy clothing options catered to plus-size individuals like me, the issues with returns and refunds were disappointing. The promise of free shipping on returns was overshadowed by the unexpected costs and restocking fees for refunds. It felt like being trapped with store credit for items that didn't fit well. Despite the quality of the clothes, the lack of flexibility in returns policy made me hesitant to shop here again. So, let me tell you, this shop CurvySense is not the greatest when it comes to customer service. I bought a mask a while back and I'm still waiting for it to arrive. Their website says it's still sitting in the store! I'm pretty upset about this and I don't think I'll be buying from them again. Their customer service isn't the best, which is a bummer. I was really excited for that mask, but I guess it's just not meant to be.

So, I saw an ad on Insta for CurvySense and thought that I would give it a go. I order something real nice and it came after 2 week. It was worth the wait though. The clothes was real good quality and fits great. I like it how the sizing were spot on so I know I got the right size without having to guess about it. I am pleased you know, so I will order again.

I jus' got my hands on some clothes from CurvySense, lemme tell you, it wasn't the best experience. So, I had to return two items and guess what, they didn't give me my money back. Instead, they gave me some kinda store credit. Like seriously, how am I supposed to use that if I live outta state? That makes no sense to me. Ya best stay away from this site if you wanna save yur cash cause you won't be gettin' it back.

I was excited and anxious to know when my item would arrive, so I reached out to the customer service team in hopes to receive an update. Sadly, my messages went unread and to my dismay, my order ended up getting canceled.

Needless to say, I was highly disappointed by the lack of communication and customer service provided by CurvySense. I mean, seriously, how hard is it to respond to a message and give customers a bit of assurance that their orders are being handled? To make matters worse, my refund status is still up in the air. I have no idea when or if I will ever see my money returned.

Overall, I would have to say that my experience with CurvySense left me feeling unimpressed and dissatisfied. It's really a shame because I was looking forward to potentially purchasing more items from their website in the future. However, after being let down and left feeling like my business didn't matter, I will definitely be taking my shopping elsewhere.

The dress I ordered had rhinestone beads that were falling off left and right, and it was a bit of a mess. What's worse, I learned that they only offer store credit instead of cash refunds, which was a really huge bummer considering I had spent $75 on the dress alone. At this point, I don't really want to buy anything else from them since my experience was already pretty poor to begin with. If I had wanted to purchase more clothes from CurvySense, I would've done so already.

Additionally, I really wish they would offer traditional cash refunds-- store credit just isn't as useful to me, and I'm sure I'm not alone in feeling that way.

Overall, I think CurvySense has the potential to be a great brand with some significant improvements. However, until they can deliver consistent quality and offer better return policies, I probably won't be making any future purchases from them.

I went and checked out CurvySense online (curvysense.com), and I gotta say, I wasn't too impressed. Like, sure, they have free shipping on returns, but they don't mention that you still gotta pay for your own dang shipping label. And then, if you actually want a refund instead of just store credit, they hit you with a 10% restocking fee! Like, come on now, that's just not right.

And even after all that, the clothes they have available just aren't really my style. I mean, maybe it's just me, but their smallest size is just too dang big on me. And I don't wanna just settle for store credit for something I'll never be able to wear. That just feels like a waste of money.

Honestly, I can't really recommend shopping here unless you're just ready to lose some hard-earned cash. There are plenty of other places out there with better policies and clothes that actually fit right. Save yourself the trouble and go somewhere else.

CurvySense is pretty difficult when it comes to returns. The process is not as smooth as we're used to. You'll have to acquire your own label for shipping and it's a shame they won't refund the fee. More often than not, other online shops grant free returns for customers. If you have to return a product you won't receive a refund but instead, a store credit. This may be disappointing considering the extra $13 that you already paid for shipping. It's also frustrating to think that you'll have to select particular items from their stock even if you don't particularly like them. In other words, no exchange or refund policy. I am remorseful to tell you that I cannot recommend this shop and I won't be shopping here again.

So I just gotta tell ya about CurvySense. I got some cute clothes from them, not bad for the price. But check it, they don't let ya return anything. Like what?! One of the dresses I ordered was outta stock so they were like, "Hey girl, you can get an e-gift card or we'll refund ya." But then they turn around and say they don't do returns. Like what kinda sneaky, shady biz is that? I called them out on it and told them they need to get their act together. It ain't a return if I can only exchange it for something else on their site. Nah, I ain't dealing with them again. I don't wanna support a company with a fishy policy like that. They need to get shut down if ya ask me.

Yo, I gotta tell ya 'bout my experience with CurvySense. So I was checkin' out their website, lookin' for some cute dresses to add to my wardrobe, ya know? And I thought I hit the jackpot when I saw these bowknot bandage dresses - one in purple and one in black. Gotta have options, right?

Anyway, so I ordered those dresses and couldn't wait for them to arrive. But lemme tell ya, when I opened that package, I was super disappointed. The material was NOT like the picture at all! Instead of nice, comfy cotton like it looked like in the pic, it was this thin, clingy, silky material that felt like it was meant for old ladies.

And the length? Not even close to what the picture showed! These dresses were much shorter than I thought they'd be - didn't even go to my ankles, and I'm only 5'3"! Whoever that person in the picture is, they must be four feet tall or somethin'.

Honestly, these dresses were just plain horrible. I wouldn't order from CurvySense again if you paid me. Even Rainbow and Forever 21 have better quality clothes than this fake stuff. Steer clear, folks! Don't waste your money on these pure garbage clothes.

Hello fellow shoppers, I must share with you my experience with CurvySense! I've been burned before by other online retailers, you know the ones, those popular sites where the clothes arrive looking nothing like the pictures, or the quality is poor and doesn't last more than a few wears. But, oh my goodness, CurvySense has been a shining beacon of hope.

I've now placed three orders, and each time it feels like I hit the jackpot. The sizing is just perfect, which is such a relief; usually, I have to guess and hope for the best with other online shops. And the fabrics, how can I describe it? They're just so soft and lovely to the touch. And, even better, the clothes hold up through multiple washes so I can feel confident to wear them over and over again. I can't tell you how much I appreciate knowing that I can add quality pieces to my wardrobe without breaking the bank.

I did have an issue with my first order, and I reached out to customer service via email. Sadly, no one responded, which made me nervous. But, I've seen that their Facebook page seems to get a lot more attention, so perhaps that's the way to go if you do have an issue. I hope that doesn't happen to me again, but even still, I can't deny the excellent pricing and quality of the apparel.

Oh, did I mention the shipping? Wow. It gets to me in no time at all, sometimes in just three days. Talk about fast service! I'm so impressed with CurvySense, and I recommend them to all my friends who are also lovely curvy ladies.

I placed an order and received two incorrect items. One of them was a defective rhinestone beanie instead of the pearl one I had ordered. The other item was a pair of boots that were too narrow for my 9-year-old daughter's foot. I tried calling the customer service number, but no one answered. I left messages and also sent a Facebook message, but I didn't receive any return calls or messages. In frustration, I left a negative review. Eventually, I was given approval to return both items, but they refused to provide a postage-paid return label as stated in their return policy. I had to pay for the return shipping myself. According to their policy, I should have received a total of store credit, not cash, but they intentionally and fraudulently gave me less. They only credited me for the return shipping, the hat, and the boots. They failed to refund me the full amount I was owed for the items and also didn't compensate me for the shipping costs as promised. The stuff on CurvySense ain't that good. I mean, the quality isn't great, ya know? And when I got my clothes, they weren't even my size! Like what the heck, man?! And to top it all off, when I asked for a refund, they only gave me store credit. Ugh, what a pain in the butt. I was so disappointed. Save your cash and shop somewhere else.
