We bought a kitchen package at the BRICK in March of 2017. We had no other choice then to purchase new items because our home burned down. It was either the Brick, Leon's or Costco. We thought the Brick would be more helpful because it was a one on one situation. But it was nothing but trouble from beginning and the worst choice ever.
We bought the kitchen package Stove, fridge, dishwasher and microwave range all together. We bought the extended warranty package as well. The sales woman Tiffany P from the Brick in Owen Sound was a complete idiot. She put down the wrong refrigerator and she sent the wrong size. So after it was delivered we had to have it returned and have the larger model sent to us. But of course we had to pay for another delivery fee of $80 because her mistake. At the end of March 2021 the freezer stopped working. My husband reset the fridge and only the fridge part was working. We again reset and nothing changed. The fridge part was working. My husband did all tips recommended by them and reset and even removed all the items out fo the freezer. Now the temperature on the freezer reads 21c and the fridge read 19c. The fridge and freezer are run on two separate systems just incase one stops working. We thought the fridge was running fine. I do not want the fridge fixed I want it replaced as I found out these Samsung fridges are complete LEMONS. I paid almost $2000 for the one I have and it breaks at the 4 year mark, are you serious? I phoned the Brick several times and was directed to King and State. I filed a claim and no one will get back to me. I refilled the claim again hoping someone would contact me. Again nothing I finally spoke with a lovely lady from Calgary who said the Brick is the absolute worst to deal with and she works for them. She told that when the first fridge that was taken back they never removed the fridge from the work order and then never put the new fridge on the package order so the extended warranty I paid like $300 may not cover this fridge. If that is the case there is going to be some major problems because I will get a lawyer and sue. The same woman told me that they would have to send someone to check and make sure the fridge is not working. Believe me when I say it is NOT working. The compressor is Not running. I don't need someone to verify that it is not working. I have spoken with a sales woman at the BRICK named Amber and even she could not figure out their website and she works there. I lost everything in the freezer twice and now I lost everything in my fridge. So roughly about $1500 in food. As I just had gone shopping. I am on a fixed income and can not afford a new fridge and to replace all this food. I bought extra food because the province was going into a lock down.
I was told that King and state is located in the Bahamas and they shut down because of a volcano so pretty much I was out of luck. I have a sick husband who needs his Humara medication to be stored in a fridge. So not only are we out $1500 in food but also 3 months of my husband's medication that cost $2000 an injection. So that is roughly $6000 in meds alone that we can not replace. Who is going to pay for that? I paid for a warranty and it would be nice if the Brick were more helpful and honored their warranty packages they push on people to buy. I need a fridge I have a family to think about. Does anyone care at the BRICK? The least they could have done is send me a loaner fridge until the problem was resolved. But no they can't even do that.

Desired outcome: A working fridge, I want it to be replaced not fixed once it breaks once will it break again. I do not trust the Brick service dept.
