The Brick review: Mattress

We purchased a mattress from the brick and hated it. Lucky they have a return policy. Salesperson said they would honour the price of the one we wanted but we are now told that is not their policy. I told them that my wife and I were clearly told this by the salesperson. I asked to speak to a manager. The manager said he would not honour the price and that the salesperson was incorrect. I told him it was not my job to train their employees. They will clearly say anything to make a sale. So now how can you trust what any salesperson says. I'm not impressed and WILL NOT shop there again. Case closed!
