TGI Fridays - service

Entered the Monroeville store at approximately 1:30pm with 3 friends. Placed an order for 2 appetizers, soup and 4 meals. Got our drink order. Sat around and watched order after order being brought out. Not very crowded because it was a work day and a Wednesday afternoon. 2:22pm our order came out and Bacon Cheeseburger meal was being handed over to the wrong person. She said that's not my food I didn't order lettuce and tomatoes on mine. The man (not the person who took our order) that brought out the food immediately snap and said wait a minute loudly that the young ladies Mom said "don't holler at my daughter", which caught the attention of the other guest nearby. (of course he claimed we waited 17 minutes food was lukewarm) So then the one order was missing shrimp and was brought out by another person, question asked was "can I have some cocktail sauce" sternly as she walked in the other direction from the kitchen "OK", (could not hear her because her back was towards us) accommodate us completely first. This became uncomfortable real fast. Never dealt with this before and I was really disappointed that this had to happen. (not enough staff even the guy cleaning the tables had to seat us, I think staff as it became busier became on edge running everywhere) So sorry but we did not deserve this treatment today. On top of it all we were never asked if we wanted refills on our drinks?

TGI Fridays - product and service

I went to TGI Fridays Sunday April 14 2019 at 6:00pm. Even though there were 17 tables unoccupied, the wait time was 25 minutes to be seated. During the wait, I witnessed eight people come in and leave because they were told there was a half hour wait. Who knows how many before me. I wanted to order New York Strip steak and was told they were out of New York Strip. I had to settle for a 6oz steak and Barbacued ribs. There was very little meat on the ribs and the steak was overdone. We got Cheese sticks but no plate to eat them from. We had to use napkins. My wife went to the restroom and not only was it filthy but there was no toilet paper. This was always my favorite place to eat but due to what I call mismanagement, I'm not sure I will be back.
