TGI Fridays review: ripped off with meal and rudeness of staff and management

I kindly asked waiter about my order. The chicken patty was incredibly small compared to size of role. We are all human and perhaps kitchen chef inadvertently left off some of the breast. Realized it was out of waiter's jurisdiction, so I asked to speak with the manager. Manager came to table with a grimace, cool and unfriendly. Didn't even say his name. I explained and he proceeded to inquire in kitchen and NEVER CAME back to table. That in itself is completely rude and inexcusable! Absolutely nothing!
Add insult to injury, waiter was extremely rude. Didn't acknowledge or even thank us after paying. No smile. No greeting. No salutations. Disgusting!
I am a frequent customer of the Fridays chain, very often patronizing the location in the Palisades Mall in West Nyack, NY. If I had any idea we would be treated so badly, never would've stopped in for a late lunch. It wasn't even busy, so easily could've taken the care and time to address our concerns. Absolutely unacceptable!
