TGI Fridays review: poor food and service 1/29/20 8:20 pm

Upon going to your Greece New York location we sat down and ordered food the food took anywhere from 20 to 25 minutes to come out and I restaurant only had maybe for couples in it my daughter ordered a vegan burger that came with cheese on it and my burger also came with cheese on it which I specifically told the waitress just ketchup and mustard and my daughter told them the same upon bringing the food out a bulkhead cheese on it I scraped mine off and the lady waitress said to my daughter does she want them to take it back and scrape the cheese off of it the manager came out and was rude never taken anything off the check and given us appetizer coupons and giving us an excuse saying when you put it in Dell computer it automatically adds cheese my daughter asked her while is a computer cooking the food I think this was very very bad we usually come here at least once a week and this was very terrible and we will probably never go there again me or my kids.
