TGI Fridays review: lunch

Hi, My friend and I went to your Middlebrook, Bolton store on Monday 16th December at 1pm after seeing a deal in the window for 2 course menu for £10.99. We ordered a drink then perused the menu's only to find the 2 course deal for £10.99 menu was omitted. When asked a member of staff we were told the offer ended a couple of days ago. I explained that as the offer had been advertised due to Trading Standards they should honour the deal. The Manager was called over but refused to honour the deal so we left and went to Coast to Coast who confirmed that if it was advertised they should have honoured the deal.
