All the ladies there were so sweet and made us feel right at home. The food was delicious and we were so grateful that they were open on Thanksgiving Day for those of us who were traveling. So, me and my family decided to check out Golden Thyme Coffee & Cafe for a change of pace. My daughter lives out of town, so it was a great opportunity to catch up and enjoy some quality time together. I ordered the parmesan caesar salad, which looked and sounded delicious. When my salad arrived, I started to eat it, but then I noticed something strange. There was a bug in my salad! I couldn't believe it! I immediately told my daughter, and she looked sick to her stomach. We decided to leave the restaurant right away.

Despite the unfortunate incident, I must say that our waitress was very attentive and friendly. She deserved a tip for her excellent service. However, I don't think I'll be returning to this cafe anytime soon. It's not a good place for people who are not from around here.

Overall, I was disappointed with my experience at Golden Thyme Coffee & Cafe. I hope they take measures to ensure that their food is free of bugs and other unwanted surprises.
