TGI Fridays - $5 bonus bites

My husband and I visited our local TGIFridays last night and we had 2 $5 bonus bites coupons to use that expire on 2/29/20. When we went to give the coupons to the waitress she said you could only use one at a time so we asked her to give us separate checks thereby being able to use one on each bill. She informed us that only one coupon could be used per table. I told her that last year they let us use them both at the same time. She reiterated that it was one coupon per table.

Our transaction number is 21040. Check No. 2612.

When we got home I read the back of the coupon and no where does it say one per table. It does say Bonus Bites could not be combined. If she would have given us two separate checks it should not have been a problem. I am mad at myself for not asking to speak to a manager. Now it looks like we will lose one of the $5 coupons since they expire the end of this week.

Very frustrated by this experience.
