Texas Roadhouse review: very bad service and poor quality of food resulting in bad stomach

My family and I went out to your restaurant February 18th at 5:30 p.m. to celebrate my birthday. I will say that the service was great from the hostess. Our waitress on the other hand had absolutely no personality whatsoever and therefore that started off our bad experience.
We were a party of five and my husband and I ordered the same thing the chicken-fried steak when they came they were so tough and salty that we had to send both of them back, we were then given two new ones but both had the same problem. We brought this to the attention of our wait staff and the manager that was on duty but the problem was not resolved we ate what we could and that was that not to mention the fact that's my daughter's steak was supposed to be medium and came out bloody and cold. Now you can imagine at this point we are extremely unhappy and unsatisfied with what's going on we then left paying full price for everything very disappointed. The hardest part was we both spent the evening sick to our stomachs for some reason we do believe it was the amount of salt that was in the food. I do want to point out that we are current customers of your establishment but at this point we are scared to go back because the service was so bad in the food was so poorly cooked. I really pray that in the future your staff can possibly have better training and that maybe management tries to do a little bit more for their customers at the end of such a bad experience.
