Texas Roadhouse review: Service

I went to the above establishment on 5/7/21. It was for our anniversary and we went here to celebrate! We were told to wait on a bench, under the #3. We waited as other people came in and was told to wait as they had no reservations. We were there a while and noticed other people with no reservations were being taken in before us (they had come in after us). I called the mgr to complain and while talking to the Mgr., I noticed the worker that I initially talked to was rolling her eyes. I said she was an idiot. The mgr. immediately stated that would not be tolerated. We were showed our table and ordered. I asked the mgr how to file a complaint, he left. Later the owner came to our table, I explained what happened. He agreed with the girl in front saying she was a good worker and that I couldn't call her an idiot. I informed him of my right to do so. I asked him for the number to complain, he stated to get it off the internet. He left the table, and I told my wife he was an [censored]. He came back and told me to leave and don't come back!
