Texas Roadhouse review: Call ahead seating / service / manager /seating

Upon calling the call ahead seating and not getting any one to answer after 20mins, finally hung up and called again only to push 0 (to go orders) finally got and answer to be told oh well the call ahead seating does not work any more so just push 0 for the to go orders. 2nd issue party of 8. OH well we can not seat all of you. You have to be broken up. 4 adults and 4 kids can not be broken up - 2 tables beside each other okay, but your not going to put 4 kids in a restaurant clear across with our any adults. The state of MS states per Gov. Tate Reeves that you can seat up to 10 at one table. So there should not had been any issues. BUT again there was. Ask for the manager not 1 time but 2 times and she still did not come up. So this party of 8 went across the road to the other steak house and was not separated. Texas Roadhouse will have to work very hard to be my business back, and I will let every one know what the crappy service and the pick and choose they try to play.
