Purchased New from Callington store .
A Vacuum flask 1 litre in stainless steel
About 3-6 months ago ,( unfortunately no receipt available) .
Faulty Goods
It will not hold the contents at a high temperature for very long, less than two hours .
I have cleaned it checked the seals etc. .
It isn't fit for purpose , as i need it for work as a self employed Carpenter
Can you reimburse me the cost £ 6.99 or to replace it ,I am happy to exchange it .
