Tesco review: service; poor management

Hi, I'm a regular customer of tesco Ampang. Honestly I said, I'm happy shopping at tesco Ampang. One thing that frustrated me is why the management just put only one staff at the customer service counter on weekend where that day too many people came to shop. It makes us as customers have to wait for our turn to solve our problem. I don't blame the staff because I understand she is alone but have to serve everyone who comes. I think it would be nice if the management put 2 or more staff on that counter. I'm just pity on your customer service staff because she have to handle everything herself. Ampang is one of the big stores with many employees. so there's no problem putting a lot of staff on that counter. I hope the manager will take action on my complaint. Thankyou.
