Artyseum's Concerns with TeePublic - Complaint

I am writing to express our deep concern and frustration regarding the termination of our Artyseum account on TeePublic, which occurred on January 31, 2024. We believe in transparent communication, and as partners, we expect clear explanations when issues arise.

Our Journey

Our engagement with TeePublic began on April 9, 2023, gradually progressing to full utilization by August 18, 2023. Unfortunately, on January 31, 2024, our account was abruptly terminated without detailed clarification.

Our Artworks

Our artworks, generated using platforms like Ideogram, Nightcafe, Playground, and Creative Fabrica, adhere to TeePublic's terms and conditions. We are willing to address any concerns and promptly rectify any potential violations.

Account Termination

The termination letter on the same day as a sale notification was perplexing. We have meticulously reviewed TeePublic's terms and conditions without identifying any apparent violations.

Revenue and Balances

Despite selling 24 products and generating $48 in revenue over six months, we only received $24 in our Payoneer account, leaving a balance of $24 with TeePublic. We request the prompt release of our balance on the 15th, consistent with your payment schedule.

Request for Resolution

We implore TeePublic to communicate openly, providing specific details about the alleged violations. Additionally, we urge the release of our balance and the reinstatement of our Artyseum account.

Our Complaint

In light of the challenges faced and the lack of resolution, we are compelled to file a complaint with the Complainsboard. This will allow for a thorough investigation and resolution of the issues we've encountered.

We believe in fair and ethical business practices and hope to find an amicable resolution to our concerns.
