What kind of company only lets you get in touch with them through email? I've been trying to contact Ekster for the last 3 days to exchange a faulty product, but nobody has gotten back to me. Their website is also really unprofessional.

I've been tryin to get in touch with Ekster for a few days now, but all I get are them auto replies. They don't help ya out over the phone. They said they shipped my order on December 10th, but the *** site says they still waitin for Ekster to deliver it, and it's been 9 days already. Thanks for messin up my Christmas present.

I bought a wallet from Ekster. I saw they got a big 45-day return policy, so I figured I'd give their tracker card a shot. Turns out, the tracker card ain't my thing. It's solar-powered and needs direct sunlight to charge, which is a real pain. And get this, their mobile app don't even show how much the tracker card is charged. I asked Ekster for a return, but they won't give me a return label unless I prove it's defective. Their return policy clearly says you can return an item for a full refund within 45 days, with or without any defect. They ain't sticking to their own policy, so don't bother buying from them. They ain't trustworthy.

This review is about Ekster and the shipper, but Ekster has handled it poorly. I contacted Ekster through email to let them know that my order is stuck in transit, as there were no delivery updates for the second time. Their response was simply, "Rest assured your product will be delivered today," even though the last scan showed it was in another state. After the delivery was delayed for the fourth time, they finally acknowledged that it was taking unusually long. They mentioned that if they don't receive any updates from the carrier by the end of the week, they will issue a replacement or refund. They expect me to wait almost two weeks to receive a $100 wallet. This is not an appropriate way to handle the situation. The carrier suggested filing a claim, so Ekster should have done that and used a reliable shipping service to send out my product. It's also worth noting that they don't make any effort to resolve issues posted here; they simply respond with a generic "Thank you for the feedback" every time. I will be disputing the charge with my card. I advise against purchasing from Ekster.

I ordered my Ekster Wallet on 12/15/22, but I still haven't received it. I tried reaching out to them, but they didn't give me any satisfactory response. They won't provide me with any answers.

My Ekster wallet broke within the warranty replacement window. I contacted the company three times to claim the warranty, but they didn't respond. I also asked about buying a new wallet and got a quick response. It seems like they're ignoring my warranty claim until it expires after one year.

I bought a senator *** on December 9th and the credit card feature won't work. I tried to exchange the wallet. They asked me to video what was wrong with the wallet, so I did. A day later, they asked me a bunch of questions like how many credit cards I put in the wallet. My video had the paper cards they sent to me. I'm starting to feel that the Ekster is not honoring their 45-day warranty. Can you please help?

I bought a wallet from Ekster and they said on their website that they give free shipping and returns. When I got the wallet and didn't like it, I filled out a return form and they said okay to my return. But now these clowns are saying I have to pay for the return. They don't offer free returns for some reason. So I emailed them again and they told me to send a return label, but they haven't and they're not gonna. I got this wallet and tracker like 2 weeks ago. They were cool, and I relied on the tracker 'cause I'm always moving around different places during the day. Last week on the 29th, I was packing to go back to *** but couldn't find my wallet. I checked the tracker app and saw that it stopped working on the 20th, and it showed the location as my *** office when I was actually in *** for a whole week with my wallet. (The tracker was fully charged.) We reached out to customer service. They sent a new tracker 'cause of the malfunction, but they wouldn't send a new wallet even though I lost way more than just that 'cause of their messed up product. I didn't even ask for a refund, just a replacement, but the customer service person refused to do anything about it.

I'm really disappointed. I've been waiting for this wallet for a whole month now. It came late and it wasn't complete. If you can give me a way to return it, I can send it back. About a week or 10 days ago, I decided to buy a second wallet for my wife. I was at *** during that time. I remembered that I had received a 40% discount card, but I didn't have it with me. So, I reached out to the customer service rep and asked them to apply the 40% discount to my purchase. They claimed to have no knowledge of any such discount for a second wallet. Despite that, I went ahead and bought it, receiving the 20% discount that the company offers to all customers. When I returned home, I found the 40% off card. It seems like they give it to everyone who spends over $100, to be used on their next purchase of over $100. It seems like the customer service rep should've known about this. I brought this up with the customer service rep, their supervisor, and even their supervisor's supervisor, but it led me nowhere. I should've been able to use the 40% off when I bought the wallet, and at the very least, I should receive the additional 20% retroactively. I sent them a photo of the discount card and the coupon number on it. Unfortunately, there's no phone customer service available. It's been a very frustrating experience.

I bought a wallet and a wallet tracker from Ekster, with the order number Ekster-6897 55 for $102.83. My credit card got charged on November 26, 2022 for the whole amount. When the package arrived, there was only the tracker inside, no wallet. The package wasn't tampered with. It came without any packing slip or info about why the wallet was missing. Later, I got an email saying my order was delivered and it was supposed to have both items. This company doesn't have a customer service phone number. I tried emailing them multiple times, but all I got were canned messages and links. I can't get anyone to address my concern about the missing wallet, which was the most expensive part, and the tracker they sent is useless to me. I told them I wanted to return the tracker, but I'm worried they'll only give me credit for its value. Since no one has addressed my concerns in the 10 or more messages I sent through the chat, which isn't even staffed by a real person, I waited 20 minutes until the chat closed and got no response except for a canned message saying someone will get back to me soon. Finally, I disputed the charge on my credit card. I just want to return the useless item and be done. I want them to actually acknowledge what's happening. I'll keep the disputed charge on my card and return the one piece they did send, but I won't do any more business with this company.

I bought a wallet from this company, and I got one that's messed up/broken/bad quality. I've sent 4 messages to the company (1 from my email and 3 from their website) and 1 official return request on their website. But I haven't gotten any response, whether from a person or a robot, that would let me continue with the return process for the wallet. It feels like they're ignoring me until it's too late to return or they're dragging it out until I give up. Either way, it's not good business to not respond and let me get my money back. They shouldn't keep my money while I wait for an unreasonable amount of time without a way to return the item. It's been 11 days (12/03/22) since I told them about the problems with my purchase and sent pictures as proof. It's been 8 days since I asked for a return (12/6/22). When I try to make a new return request, their website says: "Item already returned." But it hasn't been returned, and I haven't gotten a refund. Their customer service doesn't answer. I uploaded pictures to show the problems I'm having and proof of purchase. Order date: 11/22/22 Order #: EKSTER-673947 Total cost: $58.44 The company said they offer free returns and a full refund, with a prepaid return label, if you return within 45 days of buying. But since they're not responding, they're not following these terms and letting me fully get a refund/return.
