If I could give a zero star, I would. Bad service, bad communication, bad everything. They take your money real quick, but don't provide any service. You won't get your order or your money back. It's a scam!

The clothes from Lattelier are not good quality. They smell like chemicals and the fit is really weird. The customer service is bad too. It's almost impossible to return or get a refund. They only let you return stuff if they feel like it, and you have to pay for all the shipping (100%). They won't even give you back the money you spent on shipping, even if they made a mistake and sent you the wrong size.

I bought a pair of boots from this company. First of all, they used false advertising for the product, so be aware of that. They don't offer any refunds. You only communicate with a robot through email, and it's just a never-ending loop! It's a scam if you buy from this company and need to return something. Don't waste your money or time, just choose another retailer. They're from another country.

Once I got my stuff from Lattelier, it was all too big. I tried to contact them many times to get the return address, but they didn't respond for months. All I wanted was for them to do the right thing and give me the address so I could get my money back. Finally, they replied and gave me the address, so I sent back the coat and now I'm waiting for my refund. This company is terrible at communicating with customers, takes forever to respond, and takes forever to give refunds and ship items. It took forever to get two out of the three things I ordered. I won't be buying anything else from them ever again. They were quick to take my money, though. If I could give them a "0" rating, I would.

Horrible experience! I ordered two coats, right? But get this, they were different sizes even though the labels said they were the same size. Like, what?! So, I had to send them pictures of both coats and we went back and forth with emails. They didn't even give me a shipping label, but they promised to refund the shipping costs. I shipped it and emailed them the receipt and tracking number, you know? But guess what? Weeks went by and still no refund. I checked the tracking and it showed that the coat arrived days ago. So, I sent them more emails, but still no refund. I had to put the purchase in dispute for the coat's amount. And get this, I've been emailing them for weeks asking for the shipping refund, and now they're saying they can only give me a gift card for the shipping fee. Are you kidding me? I am never doing business with that company again!

So, I had this issue with Lattelier. They didn't give me back the money for shipping or for the stuff I sent back. I sent them so many emails, but no response. And guess what? They sent me the wrong items! Can you believe it? And get this, they're not even located in *** like they claim, they're actually in ***. Can you imagine?

I ordered 3 jackets on November 17th and they said it would come in *** business day. But I never got any tracking info or confirmation that they sent my order. I want to cancel my order and get my money back.

I made a purchase from Lattelier on 2/7/2022 and spent a total of $158.60. The issue I have is that I haven't received a refund of $129.00 for the Maxi Hooded Puffer Coat that I ordered. Instead, I received a Puffed Sleeved Zipper Jacket and Classic Pleated Pants. The business has not resolved this problem yet. My order number is *** and the tracking number is ***.

I bought somethin' from Lattelier on 5/18/22. They gave me a trackin' number that seemed kinda shady, like it came from some weird website. But here's the thing, it's been sittin' in another state for over a month now, and I still ain't got it. I tried reachin' out to the company to fix this mess, but they never bothered to get back to me. I just want this sorted out or my money back, ya know?

I messed up and bought shoes from this store twice on December 11th. They got in touch on the 13th to check if I really wanted to buy the item twice. I replied on the 18th to tell them it was a mistake and I only wanted one pair, and not to send the second pair. But guess what? They sent it anyway and charged me for three pairs of shoes. I returned the extra pair and gave them the tracking info to prove it and make sure they followed their return rules. This store has been inconsistent with their policy. I just want my $111.00 dollars refunded, you know?

I bought a thing from this store online on 12/9 (I paid $99.70 for order ***) and when I got it, I didn't like the quality. They said it was a 100% cashmere sweater, but it doesn't even feel like cashmere, even though they say it is. So, I asked nicely for a return and refund. They told me I have to pay for the return shipping myself. That's okay. I paid $10 to send it back. But now, they only refunded me $89.70. They didn't give me the full price I paid. I tried to contact them to get the right refund, but they haven't responded. I've never had this happen with any other clothing store. Why do they charge me $10 when I paid for the shipping myself? It seems like a scam in a way. I wouldn't recommend this store to anyone. The product is bad quality and the customer service is bad too, with hidden charges and an unfair return and refund policy.

I made my order on April 24th (Order number ***). On April 29th, I got an email saying there was a delay in the delivery. I told them right away that I was moving and needed the package to be sent with priority delivery so it would arrive on time. They said they would respond as soon as possible. But I didn't get any response, so on May 2nd, I contacted customer service. They told me that my order had been split into two packages and the first one had already been sent. I didn't know about this until I was talking to their customer support chat. I explained the issue many times, but they kept telling me there was nothing they could do and that I should wait to file a return. That's impossible because I won't be at that address, like I said many times. I asked if they could send it to a different address or if I could return it, but they didn't offer any solutions.

I bought a pair of shoes from this company on August 10, 2022. They came to me on September 2, 2022 when I was out of town. When I got back, I tried them on and saw they were too small. So, on September 5, 2022, I asked to send them back. I sent the shoes to the return address the company gave me on 9/9/2022. I still haven't got my money back. I emailed the company three times since I sent the return (10/8, 10/20, and 10/24). They said they got the shoes in their response to the email on 10/8. In the first email, I asked about my refund. The company said I would get it in *** business days. In my second email (10/20), I asked again about my return. The company said their technicians are working on it as soon as they can. In the third email (10/24), I said this wait time was crazy and that I would tell the ComplaintsBoard.com about the company. They told me their account can't get or move money and not to worry. I don't get how a business that's selling things on their website can't give a refund or why this money problem is still happening after almost 2 months.

Transaction Date: 11/14 My mom bought me shoes for Christmas ($48.50) on 11/14. After reading the reviews, I was super careful when picking my shoe size and measured my feet using their size guide. Sadly, these shoes were too big, so we emailed them on 12/28 to exchange for a bigger size. Even though we went past their 14-day rule, their website says they handle returns case by case to make customers happy. Plus, most companies that brag about "exceeding customer expectations" (also on their website) extend this policy during the Holiday/Christmas season. On 12/28, a rep replied that our request wasn't possible. We asked again, explaining we just wanted an exchange, not a refund, and we'd pay for shipping. They replied, saying they were "sorry for our loss, but they lost out too." That's not true 'cause they still have our money, so they wouldn't lose anything if they fulfilled our request. I think their super strict policy and lack of flexibility don't match the customer service they claim to offer on their website.

So, I had this problem with Lattelier, man. I ordered a pair of shoes from their website, right? They said it would take 5-7 days to arrive, but it took a whopping 35 days! Can you believe that? And when the shoes finally showed up, guess what? They were the wrong size, bro! I was so pissed off.

So, I hit up their customer service to sort this mess out. I told them the sizing was all messed up, but they had the audacity to say it was "Lattelier" sizing. Like, what the heck is that? It wasn't mentioned anywhere on the website or the size guide. I even sent them some pictures to prove it, man.

But you know what? They didn't want to take responsibility for their screw-up. They wouldn't even give me a pre-paid return label to send the shoes back and get my money back. Can you believe the nerve? Lattelier needs to step up their game and let their customers know about their weird sizing system. It's like they only mentioned it as an afterthought when someone complained.

And to top it all off, their customer service team was a bunch of jerks. They didn't want to admit any fault in this whole situation. It's ridiculous, man. I want a full refund, no doubt about it. I'm willing to send the shoes back, but they better pay for the shipping. This mess is on them, not me. I ain't gonna spend any more of my hard-earned cash on their mistakes.

I bought three things from this website on December 24. The order number is ***. I got three things: 1) fake leather coat, 2) black sweater, 3) pair of boots. I finally got two of the things but the package was all messed up so the boots were messed up too. Also, I got a black cardigan (super thin and bad quality) instead of the sweater I wanted. I talked to the online customer person first, and she said she would give me a full refund for all three things before I send back the messed up boots and cardigan on my own dime (they don't give free return labels and I have to pay for shipping before they "get the package and check it out"). But then, a few days later, I got an email from another customer person saying I have to send back the messed up and wrong things before I can get my refund. It's been more than a week and I still haven't gotten any refund for the fake leather coat that they never even sent. So I don't think this company will ever give me my money back. They want me to send back the messed up things and pay for shipping to their warehouse, but they haven't shown any proof that they refunded me for the coat. Also, the customer people told me two different things, and why would I keep two bad quality messed up things that I don't want after I get my refund? The customer service is not helpful at all, and I'm sad to say this feels like a scam to me.
