TeeChip review: Sweat shirt

I ordered a sweat shirt from them on feb 23. The sweat shirt writing is awful. I have tried reaching out to you on several occasions to get this resolved. I even did a chat and the guy said they only had one order from me and it wasn't this one. I asked if I only had one why was I charged for two? The sweat shirt has "They whispered to her" "You cannot withstand the storm She whispered back I am the storm. I have stopped my credit card payment until you can send me another sweat shirt that is better printed or a credit to my account. I don't even know or trust where to send this sweat shirt back too. Especially since you said I didn't order it on the live chat.
