I didn't have any issues with the service, delivery was exactly when they said it would be. The best part of the entire experience is that Heat Press Nation shipped to Alaska and didn't charge me a shipping fee almost equal to the cost of the heat press. To me that meant more than anyone will ever understand, because I am working on starting a custom design business for my retirement in 3 years. It started out rough not be able to get the type of press I needed but thata to this company I am on my way. Oh the press is heavy it's industrial so don't rely to lift it out of the box alone.

This is my second big purchase with heat press nation and I am being honest when I say I appreciate the security in ordering from them. I know I will get quality along with good service which is extremely important for me being in Hawaii. Having things like big equipment shipped to me can be a tough obstacle but I haven't had to worry about anything with any of my purchases. I even had my heatpress screen display stop working a few weeks after I bought it and they ended up sending me a replacement display screen right away. 5 stars, really, I'm excited to continue growing my business with the addition of this second purchase of my new vinyl cutter.

Delivery was fast and the Heat press is amazing! Would definitely recommend to friends and family. One thing I'm not a fan of is having to keep it open while heating because I have little ones but that is pretty standard so no big deal. It works great. The way it was packed was fantastic. They have plywood on the bottom and top so that it wouldn't get messed up as well as styrofoam. One other thing that I wasn't a fan of but yet understand was it says you need to keep the box Incase anything ever happens and you need to return it. The box is large so having to store it is a pain but like I said not really a big deal. Worth every penny I paid for it.

I received my heat press with the switch in the 'on' position. Not a big deal, since I assumed it had been tested; however, it did not work once plugged in (and I had to tighten the plug into the machine). There was no heat and the computer/temp screen did not come on. I troubleshooter after reading the instructions. Still nothing. Since both of those parts were not working, I chose to open the back and investigate. Both of those components were unplugged...as noted by the diagram in the booklet. I plugged them back in and everything was then working. Note: either those components became unplugged during transport or they were not plugged back in after testing.

At order entry there was a problem with the credit card payment engine. I worked around that by using PayPal. No big problem.
A few items were back ordered, so I received these items a little later, no big deal. Apparently the seller has a very sophisticated tracking system for every single item, and everything was shipped promptly once it was back in stock.
All items were great quality. Can't really go wrong with the Siser products. My daughter enjoys the T-shirts we made very much.
The heat press worked right out of the box. All you do is enter the time and the temperature and off you go.
Overall I am very happy with my purchase and highly recommend the seller and the product.

Great quality however a bit pricey considering the other options out there. Upon initial inspection of the unit, I noticed several things that worried me that it was used before and I received a returned product. It had a green wire pinched between the housing and bottom plate, as well as some cotton type material coming out of the heat plate housing, and oil/lubricant spilled on the top. I did use the basic tshirt press option and it worked great. Havent used any of the other heat options yet (hats/cups/etc...) Fingers crossed I don't have any issues in the future considering what I found during the unboxing alone. My coworker convinced me to go with thisbconpany because of their customer service she swore by them, so I took a chance.

your customer service was immaculately implemented on small but very intimate scale that leads me to believe that on a grander scale it is exactly the same no matter the scale. You guys provided me with the option to pick it up at one of your warehouses, specifically the Fullerton warehouse, where all five of the workers took my info to lookup, locate, pull, and load my purchase with a almost machine like rhythm with a level of human kindness which changed my entire outlook on a warehouse labor shattering all my preconceived biases. Furthermore, the man whom responded to my phone call offered to help me with learning how to operate my machinery on his own time which i told him is not necessary but the offer was so grand he should be given some sort of merit for his personal effort to advance your companies reputation. My personal opinion is one where if i were the owner of this company i would do whatever it took to retain all these employees with a fear of losing a labor force most companies would be envious of their uncanny loyalty towards maximizing your company's efficiency, customer service, and overall reputation.

My shopping experience was great, the videos on your site really help and are a nice touch. Once I decided I wanted this press, I wanted this press, like immediately. I did not realize it was out of stock, not surprising, this thing is wonderful to use. It was definitely worth the wait. The price was obviously more expensive than my two other and inferior mug presses, but this press if worth every penny, considering it was the same price as my other two combined. I could not be happier with my purchase, even though I did not received one of the heating elements. Instead I received two of the same heating elements and one of those was damaged. Although that was disappointing, your fantastic customer service and eagerness to resolve the matter made up for the discrepancy. I appreciated the military discount. Overall my experience was excellent; so much, in fact that I have transferred all of my sublimation blank purchased to you, instead of the "other guys" I was buying from. I just made a purchase of various blanks to use with this press. When the time comes for a new shirt press, I will me most certainly purchasing that from you. Thanks again.

I was sent the wrong product. The company refused to refund me my money or send out replacements of the correct products. Customer service was not helpful and very rude

I ordered 12 ceramic coffee mugs on May 31, which were received on June 5, but 2 of the twelve mugs were damaged even though the shipping box was in good condition. I emailed the company on June 5th, sending photos of the damaged mugs, and asked them to ship 2 replacement mugs for the damages. They responded to my request saying that they would rather refund me for the 2 mugs, but I said I would prefer the mugs instead. To date, however, they have not replaced the mugs, nor have they credited my credit card account for the 2 damaged mugs. I emailed the company another request on July 13, and told them I was filing a dispute with my credit card company and with the ComplaintsBoard.com, which I am doing today, too.

Hello, I purchased the *** 711WT Printer, in late July and received it in August . Since then I have contacted HPN complaining about the quality prints and print quality. Final, last week i was advised an additional program was need TransferRIP Software which was not disclosed during purchased. They are offering the program for an additional $600, which is a completely "bait and switch" tactic. I even found several other sites which sell the machine and program combine https://www.***.com/ for the promotional price of purchased $2500. I am respectfully requesting the TransferRIP Software program at no additional cost for the printer or to return the printer because it can not work correctly or sufficiently without the printer . Second I have submitted my ST-120, resale tax form and was still charged sales tax as per my bank statement . NYS ID.

I signed up for text messages which qualified for $10 off $50 and was sent a coupon code to apply. I ordered more then that and when I tried to apply the discount to the cart it would not take it. I called and was on hold for close to 45 minutes to have an agent with a bad attitude pick up and say that discount did not qualify since we had a military linked to the account. I said where on the site or in the coupon does it say you can not stack them. She put me on hold and spoke to her supervisor and they admitted it is not on their site, but they would not honor both as the software platform would not allow it. I said ok so I will submit the order and then you can just refund me the $10. Again she got an attitude and said no; why would we do that? I said because the military is separate and had to be verified by ID, something not available to all and was a special addition added to account as a thank you for service and at no time during that approval process was it mentioned it could not be stacked; and you just admitted no where in the coupon terms itself or ANYWHERE on your site does it say that. No matter how it was explained to her that by her own admission of the lack of policy it should not be a problem she was too dense to understand. SO I stated I would just go ahead and file a ComplaintsBoard.com against the company and again she could not understand why. However after starting this process and seeing a current -D rating I am beginning to understand. More then anything I wanted on record that they don't stand by their own advertising promises.
