So, I ordered something from Tack of the Day like three months ago and still haven't gotten it. I tried reaching out to them but they haven't responded at all. It's super frustrating, so I had to go and file a dispute with PayPal. Not cool, man.
Tack of the Day - I got some boots from Tack of the Day
I got some boots from Tack of the Day. They sent me a message with the shipping info and tracking number on 6/23/22. The tracking stopped on 6/30/22 at ***, *** and nothing happened after that. I told *** and they said to ask the sender for more details. I tried to talk to Tack of the Day a few times but they didn't answer my emails or calls. I want them to send me the boots I bought or give me back the $119.94 they took from my card.

Tack of the Day is a bad place to shop
Tack of the Day is a bad place to shop. They don't care about their customers. I got a broken thing and had to send it back. It was a big hassle and cost me a lot of money. Even though I sent it back a long time ago, they still haven't given me my money back.

Ordered shoes for my wife for Xmas
Ordered shoes for my wife for Xmas. They came in but wrong size. They were good about letting us return them, set up the return shipping for free, but then they never refunded the money or sent new shoes in the correct size. I hope this biz goes under.

I was gonna give Tack of the Day five stars for their stuff and sales, but lately my orders been taking like a month to get here and then they ain't even got everything in 'em. Ain't no paperwork neither, so I don't even know if I'm gonna get the rest of my stuff. Like, are they outta stock or what? I dunno. This happened to me twice now and it's gettin' old. I sent a buncha emails but ain't nobody gettin' back to me.

I orderd a big order on 6/15/2022 and still no confirmation of shipment. I contacted TackoftheDay last week and they said it would ship soon. But now, no confirmation of shipment and I can't get ahold of them on the phone, I'm stuck on hold then sent to VM. I sent several emails asking for an update, and at this point, I want to cancel and get a refund. But no response yet. I know they might be a small biz, but this is bad customer service. I never bought from them before and I won't again. I ordered these as a gift and have been waiting for over 3 weeks for it to even ship. I'd rather pay more and get better customer service and the product I paid for. A.C.

I bought some fly masks from Tack of the Day before fly season. Waited 3 weeks but didn't get any notification about shipment. So, I sent them an email multiple times but no response. I kept trying to contact them for almost 2 months and finally got a reply after I threatened to contest the charge and leave a bad review on ComplaintsBoard.com. They told me they didn't have stock and cancelled my order. Now I have to pay 2x or more to order during the sales in the height of fly season. Their website says they don't take orders over the stock amount, but that's not true. I won't order from them again, no matter how good the price seems.
I wish there were negative stars for Tack of the Day
I wish there were negative stars for Tack of the Day. I ordered two things in my usual sizes, but when I waited a couple of weeks for the package (only one of two have arrived as of this post), the breeches were so incredibly inappropriately sized that there was no possible way they would fit. Additionally, they smelled like mildew. When I reached out to Tack of the Day to see about returning the item, their process outlined selling the items on *** because "at these prices, we don't want the item back". If we were unhappy about that, they'll miss us as customers, but oh well, we'll be back. The flippant tone of their "customer care" is disturbing, and if they don't value business generated from their self-imposed price slashing, they don't deserve it. Save your money and deal with reputable organizations that understand that sometimes, irrespective of the price paid, things just don't fit. *** has similar items for similar costs and I wish I hadn't bothered with this nag.
