Select Vape I bought a vape and coils from this company

I bought a vape and coils from this company. Got the coils but never got the vape and they charged me $75. It was supposed to come in the mail with a signature needed. Never got the product and their customer service says it was delivered when it wasn't and no one in my house signed for anything from select vape. I looked on their website and saw they did this to others too.

Select Vape So, I ordered a vape and some juice from Select Vape on September 29th at 5am EST

So, I ordered a vape and some juice from Select Vape on September 29th at 5am EST. It cost me $56.97 and they said it would be express shipped in 3 to 5 days for $9.99. But, their shipping agreement says it could take up to 2 to 3 business days to process before it gets shipped out. It's been four business days and my item still says processing. I think this business might be a scam or they're mad at me for asking why my device hadn't been shipped out earlier. I just wanted some clarification. I don't think I'll ever get my stuff and I can't even get a hold of them by phone or email.
