When receiving the glass tumbler in the mail, it was obviously not well made and cheap looking. It looked like cutouts that were glued onto the glass, definitely not worth $18. It had a hand wash only warning with it which I did before I used it. Upon using it for the first time for my evening beverage, all the dragonflies just slid right off the glass tumbler. Talk about a pissed off person! This is the 2nd item (I had ordered 3 items)that has been totally unsatisfactory and I am requesting a full return of my funds.

I received the item I ordered, broken in 3 pieces. It was insufficiently wrapped for shipping with one thin layer of flimsy bubble wrap and squeezed into a small box that touched all sides of the mug I ordered. I have ordered another mug and glass at the same time and I hope it will be better wrapped and boxed so it arrives intact. VERY DISSAPPOINTED!

I ordered a wall hanging for my husband for Christmas. My bank statement says the amount was deducted from my bank account by Slretail CA. When I looked that up on Google, it brought me to this site. I never received the sign, but the amount of $51.74 was deducted from my checking account on Dec. 21. I have given you the exact amount and exact dates. I deleted the confirmation you sent me. That should be sufficient. I need that money refunded to me ASAP.

Ordered yoga outfit in dec. The 1st, never received until 23. Wrong size. Returned for a larger size within a week, and have heard nothing from them since.. Cannot contact them, phone never answers, no answer service, no way to contact anyone. Their support team never answers, so if you want an item within a reasonable ship time. Forget it. Wagon train could be faster, and you may as well send smoke signals for any contacts.

I ordered a shirt that was advertised with the wording:

I support animal abusers being put to sleep.

The shirt I received did not have the words "animal abuser" written on it, therefore read as if I supported animals being put to sleep.

I have used their online complaints form, uploading a picture of the product recieved and to request a full refund,however the response is to ask me to raise a complaint! I have done so several times, and now I am receiving emails stating that I have raised the same complaint which they will not deal with.

I put a order in I was trying to check my order I have no order number to check it or track it down I paid for a t-shirt I can't get in touch with them the phone numbers don't work I placed the order December 12th for $8 and some change to PayPal I paid for the order

balance completely December 17th PayPal..and I still have no information or tracking numbers

I ordered two Christmas Wine holders on Oct 24. Invoice said they would be shipped no later than Nov 10. It is Nov 25 and I am told my order is 'in production' and can't be cancelled. But they also can't tell me when it will be shipped. This is worthless if it doesn't get here in the next few days, because I was going to use them as Christmas gifts. This is a bogus company. Stay far away, or you will wish you did!

On Facebook there was an ad, said Skechers shoes and a website, something like Skechers- shoe.com. I ordered a pair through Pay Pal. The shoes were fraudulent and unwearable so I requested a refund. TeeChip, the seller, denied me but then PayPal said Tee Chip would refund me. I shipped them back to TeeChip, 41454 Christy Street, Fremont CA [protected], and while tracking the package, USPS said. " Your item was returned because the forwarding order for this address is no longer valid." I contacted Pay Pal again and they are reopening my case. I contacted TeeChip who said no refund. They should not be allowed to rip people off like this. I have proof of all correspondence, the tracking slip, pictures of the fake shoes, etc. and still they have my money.

After I contacted you that I want to return this product, you told me that you don't accept returns, no refund can be given.
I never heard of a seller who is doing this, plus this is not written on your site!
I am asking again for a full refund and let me know where I can return this item.

I got my order with wrong sizes - I got S instead of XL. It doesn't fit my dog, not even me. I never got any confirmation emails and the only thing I have is my payments ID. I tried to ask for refund or change, but it requires the order ID, which I never got. I am very disappointed with my order, with Attempts to reach the company out.

I didn't get the cup I ordered! When I tried to cancel the order, it said my request was TOO SOON BUT then the next day, it was TOO LATE! NICE SCAM TO RIP OFF SOMEONE FOR $37.00! NO WAY TO CONTACT!

I ordered a blanket for Christmas and it came with damage to print and fabric.
Teechip has been screwing around with this order for issuing a return for credit since Christmas.

I ordered a Mothers blanket on March 26, 2021 from an ad on Facebook marketplace. The $80 came out of our checking account and I still haven't seen the blanket. I call [protected] and have the options to check on the status or change the order but I never received an email or text with an order number attached. There is not an option to transfer to a customer service representative. I either want the product or a refund.

After waiting almost a month to receive, the mug came broken. Packaging is not adequate. I do not want another mug ordered. This was a gift and the birthday is long gone. Besides a reorder would result in another broken mug because of packaging. I want a refund! I have requested a refund on the site several times. At one point another mug order was placed which I canceled. I've tried calling and you can't talk to a representative. I will be filling a claim with my credit card company soon if I do not receive a refund.

If you have no intention of shipping then don't advertise being a genuine company.

i ordered a boxer (dog) face mask back on may 3, 2020 for a total of $17.94 and was supposed to received it in June. never received. Cannot get a return call or anything. They are always experiencing high call volumes, which is not surprising if hey have ripped off everyone else. I have been charged for this item with nothing to show for it. This company is a total rip off!

First of all the coloring looks more like orange than gold. The ear straps are too short. They pull your ears down. I have other face masks that are half the price of these and the straps are adjustable. Feel these are cheaply made. I am very disappointed in this product. I even bought one for my best friends granddaughter who is 18 who loves Freddie Mercury. Now I don't know if I should give it to her.

I ordered 2 shirts and then another order for 1 shirt they charged me for shipping on both orders, but took it upon themselves to combine my orders and ship in one package. Took the 38 business days to get my orders to me, when the claimed with the delay it would be 10-20 business days. Emailed and chatted several times no help no refund nothing. They blamed the post office for combined shipping yet they packaged it.. Fraudulent shipping fees
