Fan Shop TODAY Can coolers of MLB team

Fan Shop Today is horrible! 6 weeks after placing order & paying, they were difficult to reach, as the previous statement. I initiated a chat asking for a refund. The rep was very unprofessional & said to hold on while they researched it. After 15 minutes of no reply from them, I gave my email & requested a reply. Rather than refunding, they shipped the can coolers that were cheaply made. I got a request asking to rate them & gave them a 1. The owner immediately contacted me saying "On Sun, May 19, 2024 at 10:29 PM, FAN SHOP Today

Desired outcome: A redund for the cheap quality can coolers
