Cell phone accidental damage pontract
this company took forever to get back about cell phone replacement plan, and then promised to buy out the contract for the additional $89, but never sent the check, I had broke my screen on my cell phone, and had noticed there also was signal issues on my device, and filed a claim with upsie, to either get my device replaced or repaired. I took my phone to the repair shop that was authorized to do the repairs and the tech on site had said the screen was damaged as well as the camera assembly, and I noted thst based upon my knowledge of cell phone repairs that the said repairs wouldn't fix the signal issue on the device. They still proceeded forward and I received my device back with signal issues. And upon getting device diagnostic at a Samsung authorized location they noted the motherboard was thr issue, so upsie had told me that all that was left of my contract amount was $89, and that a check would be mailed to me, it's now been 6 weeks with still no check or reply to anything at all as far as email and phone contact attempted, company is going against what they promised.

Terrible Customer Service and No Return Label from Upsie - A Frustrating Experience
I've been trying to get a return label from Upsie for 4 months now. I need to send in my Apple product to see if they can fix it or give me a replacement. But it's been a real struggle. I've had to make phone calls to their customer service, and let me tell you, the people on the other end of the line are not very professional. They're rude and unhelpful. And to make matters worse, I've had to wait on hold for 10 minutes each time I call. It's beyond frustrating. I paid for a warranty, and all I want is for them to honor it. But it seems like they don't care about their customers. I would not recommend using this company.
Disappointing Experience with Upsie: Delayed Repairs and Inadequate Coverage
I gotta say, I had a pretty rough experience with Upsie. I filed a claim on February 18th and they told me everything was good to go. But when I called the repair shop, they told me the repair was gonna cost $400 and Upsie only approved $250. What a mess, right? So I called Upsie and they said they would take care of it. But here we are on February 28th and it's still not done. They called me and said I had to bring the phone to the repair shop and it would be approved right away. But a week later, it's still not approved. It's been three weeks now and my phone is still broken. I'm starting to lose hope, ya know?
