They made a fradulent charge on my credit card for the amount of $0.99 and my bank flagged it as fraud. Now I gotta wait for a new card. I never heard of 'em or visited their site. BEWARE !

GumRoad is like, totally a scammy company, you know? I paid for something and they never even bothered to deliver it. Good thing I used *** with my *** card, so I can dispute the charge in two different places. I tried messaging them, but they never responded, not even once. So, if you're thinking about using them, go ahead, but don't say I didn't warn you.

I'm getting charged $4.95 for something related to maps. I don't know what I did wrong (Maybe I downloaded something on my phone). They've been charging me the same amount since July this year. I don't want whatever it is, and I can't contact these people. They don't have a phone number (#1), and when I tried to google their website, I got a warning that it's not secure (#2). I'm 81 years old and not good with computers. On their site, there's a spot to enter my email, but every time I try, I get an error. I'm on a fixed income, so I can't afford to waste even $4.95, but I can't reach them to cancel. I think they do it on purpose.

I preordered a book called "From Dope to Hope" by Jewell Ward in July for August 3rd. It's now August 27 and I haven't heard anything from GumRoad. I emailed the writer twice and GumRoad twice, but no one replied to my emails. There's also no tracking number to track the shipping. I went to the website, but there's no phone number to call, only an email. Luckily, I found a phone number on the ComplaintsBoard.com website. Hopefully, I can call that number and get this resolved. Despite this issue, I still think GumRoad is a great company to sell your books. It seems like something just went wrong, maybe because of the crazy shipping due to COVID-19. I trust they will figure it out.

1-4 This is a scam company pretending that they are OSHA, and they got $108.00 from me, and I want it back.

I got a letter in the mail after starting my new biz that said I gotta buy a labor poster. After lookin' around, turns out they're a bunch of scammers. Don't get fooled by 'em!

GumRoad tried to withdraw 26,150 from our bank account after freezing our account for no stated reason. They also took an estimated $5900 in sales that have not been paid out. GumRoad has not replied to email within the past week and seems to be attempting to steal over $30,000 from our GumRoad marketplace.

I bought a book called Kid by the Side of the Road from Gumroad, Inc. I paid $50 for it on March 21, 2022. They said it would take three weeks to arrive, but I never got it. I tried reaching out to them many times about my order, but they never replied. Now I want my money back. Look at the attachments for more info.

I've been sellin my Book on Gumroad for the last month. Gumroad owes me $10,592.30 and they're three payment periods behind. They ain't done nothin to help me fix this problem. I've been sendin them lotsa emails every day, but they're takin their sweet time tryin to fix it and give me my money. I dunno what to do. I tried callin them, but there ain't no contact info and only dead-end phone numbers.

Gumroad closed our account 2 months ago with over 6000 pending in payouts. They claimed all the money was refunded, but our customers confirmed that no money was refunded. They tried to withdraw over 26000 from our checking account without permission, resulting in over 200 in overdraft fees. They won't give us account statements and are ignoring our emails. They restricted our access to sales, payouts, and refund history, and they are not following the rules.

I just published an ebook on GumRoad. I emailed them twice about my payout 'cause I ain't got no payout yet even though folks done bought my product. In the first email, they said I gotta wait another week to get paid 'cause I'm new to sellin' on their platform. Two weeks done passed, and I made some more sales, so I sent 'em another email askin' 'bout my payout. They replied sayin' they suspended my account 'cause they reckon folks in my country be usin' fake and stolen credit cards. This here's a clear case of profilin'.
