This website is a total scam! They signed me up for a subscription that cost ?179 without me even knowing about it. And when I tried to get a refund, they wouldn't give it to me. It's so frustrating! I can't believe they would do something like this. I would never recommend this website to anyone. Stay away from it!

So, I just called Desertcart in the afternoon and they told me that my items were delivered to them yesterday. They also said that the refund process has already started. I'm just waiting for 5-10 days to get an update on the status of my refund. I'm really hoping that everything goes smoothly and I get my money back soon. Overall, I'm pretty satisfied with the customer service I received from Desertcart. They were quick to respond and seemed to be very helpful. I'll definitely consider using their services again in the future.

This website, Desertcart (desertcart.ae), is a real mess. I bought a Nike bag from them and they went ahead and signed me up for a whole year's membership without even asking me first. They took a whopping ?179.00 from my account without my consent! When I tried to get a refund, they just flat out refused to cooperate with me. They kept saying that they were unable to refund me, which is just ridiculous. I mean, come on, how hard can it be to give someone their money back? I was so frustrated that I had to complain to Paypal, and now I'm just waiting for their response. Honestly, I wouldn't recommend this website to anyone. They're just a bunch of scammers who don't care about their customers.

This company is a total scam! I ordered some stuff from them and they only delivered half of what I ordered. And if that wasn't bad enough, they charged me for an annual subscription that I never even signed up for! They took ?192 from me and now they won't give it back. I mean, seriously, who does that? They didn't even mention anything about this subscription during the ordering process. I tried to contact them to get my money back, but they just ignored me. I mean, come on, any decent company would at least give you a partial refund if you cancel your subscription. But not these guys. I did some research online and found out that I'm not the only one who's been scammed by them. There are loads of complaints about this company. They're based in the UAE and they should be banned from trading in the UK. Don't waste your time or money on these crooks!

Desertcart is not a good choice if you want to get what you paid for. I had a bad experience with them when my shipment failed to arrive. They told me that it was my problem and I had to spend hours working with DHL to find my shipment. It was frustrating because I never received any help from them. They didn't offer any customer service or support, and they didn't even credit my account even though I never received my goods.

To make matters worse, I was told by customs that I needed an import license to receive my small order. Desertcart didn't inform me about this requirement, and they didn't help me get the license. I felt like they just wanted my money and didn't care about my satisfaction as a customer.

I wasted 6.5 hours trying to receive a product that I never got. I spoke to their "customer service" people four times, but they couldn't help me receive my product or give me a refund. It was a terrible experience, and I wouldn't recommend this company to anyone.

In conclusion, if you want to avoid frustration and disappointment, stay away from Desertcart. They don't care about their customers, and they won't support you when they make mistakes. It's a bad company that doesn't deserve your business.

I recently made a purchase on the website Desertcart, which is based in the United Arab Emirates. On January 14th, I ordered 4 spy cameras and 5 Samsung SD cards for a total of 216.00 dollars. Unfortunately, the spy cameras did not work as they were supposed to, and I was unable to activate them due to a malfunctioning scan code. This was a huge disappointment, especially considering that I had spent over 100 dollars on these cameras.

I immediately contacted Desertcart to request a refund for the faulty spy cameras. However, I was informed that someone would need to come and pick up the items in person. I waited patiently for weeks, but no one ever came to collect the cameras. It has now been over 2 months since I made my purchase, and I am still stuck with these useless cameras.

In an effort to resolve the issue, I filed a transaction dispute on February 25th. Thankfully, I was able to get my money back temporarily. However, on March 20th, I received notice that my refund had been reversed, and I now owe 135.04 dollars for the faulty spy cameras. This is despite the fact that I have provided evidence that no one has come to pick up the items.

Overall, my experience with Desertcart has been extremely frustrating and disappointing. While the Samsung SD cards I purchased work just fine, the faulty spy cameras have caused me nothing but trouble. I would not recommend this website to anyone looking to make a purchase, as their customer service is lacking and their refund policy is unclear.

I made the order for “cortisol manager” on November 2nd from Egypt, elgouna.

Paid the whole amount including the shipping, taxes and customs fees.

I was contacting them concerning the delay for the last ten days through live chatting, until yesterday they claimed that I received it and signed for the delivery when I DID NOT RECEIVE ANYTHING. I asked them to show me a copy of my signature as a proof but their reply was as always “wait 48 hours”!

This is totally not acceptable and so not professional.

Playing with facts is a crime.

Worst service ever!,,,

I want my whole refund NOW.

I have come across and noticed all my books from my Amazon catalogue being hosted and sold on all their platforms. As the registered and exclusive copyright holder as Author, and Publisher of my entire collection I have no connection with or affiliation with Desertcart. I gave them no permission to list my books and my website www.ginonorrisquotes.com exclusive prohibit my works on any platform other than my website and Amazon KDP as my host and market.

In no way will I allow this flagrant disregard and disrespect for my protected works to be used and profitted from by anyone.

I am the Author of all said products and I wish that you would take action before I enforce my rights legally.

I have contacted their customer support and no luck there and I am trying to contact Management, but they do not publish contact information and emails.

With reference to my order [protected] placed on 30th August , 2023, the order is supposed to be delivered between 11th to 13th September to my Udaipur address in India.

I am sorry to say that the item has arrived Dubai Distribution center on 3rd September, 2023 and it is being held up there and not being shipped to India Hub.

Repeated chats with Customer Care and sending emails to [protected]@desercart.com is of no use as emails are not replied to and Customer Care is not able to tell me why the order is held up in Dubai and not being further shipped.

There are 2 other orders [protected] and [protected] which are supposed to be delivered to me by 15th September but again there is no movement of these 2 orders also.
