Illegally listed products on their website
I see that all my products are illegally listed on desert cart website from Amazon catalog without any approval. Me being the copyright owner i.e and publisher, My books are made available only on Amazon and no right is given to list products outside Amazon. Please ensure that they delist the products and return any profits received out of it.
It showed "ships from UAE to India" for all the products

I made the order for “cortisol manager” on November 2nd from Egypt, elgouna.
Paid the whole amount including the shipping, taxes and customs fees.
I was contacting them concerning the delay for the last ten days through live chatting, until yesterday they claimed that I received it and signed for the delivery when I DID NOT RECEIVE ANYTHING. I asked them to show me a copy of my signature as a proof but their reply was as always “wait 48 hours”!
This is totally not acceptable and so not professional.
Playing with facts is a crime.
Worst service ever!,,,

Illegally listing my products on their platform globally
I have come across and noticed all my books from my Amazon catalogue being hosted and sold on all their platforms. As the registered and exclusive copyright holder as Author, and Publisher of my entire collection I have no connection with or affiliation with Desertcart. I gave them no permission to list my books and my website www.ginonorrisquotes.com exclusive prohibit my works on any platform other than my website and Amazon KDP as my host and market.
In no way will I allow this flagrant disregard and disrespect for my protected works to be used and profitted from by anyone.
I am the Author of all said products and I wish that you would take action before I enforce my rights legally.

I have contacted their customer support and no luck there and I am trying to contact Management, but they do not publish contact information and emails.
Desired outcome: I would like them to completely remove my products from ALL their platforms and never list or sell any of my products.
Shipment of order [protected]
With reference to my order [protected] placed on 30th August , 2023, the order is supposed to be delivered between 11th to 13th September to my Udaipur address in India.
I am sorry to say that the item has arrived Dubai Distribution center on 3rd September, 2023 and it is being held up there and not being shipped to India Hub.
Repeated chats with Customer Care and sending emails to [protected]@desercart.com is of no use as emails are not replied to and Customer Care is not able to tell me why the order is held up in Dubai and not being further shipped.
There are 2 other orders [protected] and [protected] which are supposed to be delivered to me by 15th September but again there is no movement of these 2 orders also.
