4k firestick
Dear Sirs,
You have repeatedly ignored my request for some kind of reply on the problem with my 4k firestick!
Here, I will remind you!
First sent March 7, 2019:
Dear Sirs, I purchased a 4k Fire TV Stick, from you on February 5, 2019. It worked fine the two times I plugged it in. Today I plugged it in and I'm stuck on the white & orange "Firetv" logo screen. 3 dots are pulsing in lower right corner. I tried the key combo on the remote and that does nothing. I tried the Press and hold the Select Select Button and Play/PausePlay/Pause Button buttons at the same time, for about five or 10 seconds still nothing. I've completely unplugged power and hdmi for 10 mins and it still only boots to this screen. I've tried everything I can! Please help or send me a new one as this is completely unacceptable plus completely useless!
My original order # is 13794 Feb 5, 2019!

You said "it is plugged into the wall or the usb port of the tv for power?
I said "Yes it is plugged into the wall in a separate wall outlet, It still is locked and stuck on the white & orange "Firetv" logo screen. 3 dots are pulsing in lower right corner then a blank screen and then back to the white & orange "Firetv" logo screen. 3 dots are pulsing in lower right corner nothing will load! I'm sure you have heard of this problem it's all over the internet, so please help me get a new one or I would like my money back!

Having many log errors. We tried to update it like it said and how were blocked out of it totally. We bought this on Feb. 18th, 2017. Please can we possibly send this one back for a new one? We want to be able to enjoy all the features but haven't been able to do that. We're looking forward to hearing back from you soon. Kodi somehow got deleted or something. This was the most disgusting experience I've ever encountered with respect to customer service. Not only did I not recieve product but the money was extracted from my account and I was accused of lying with bad communication exchanges ! DO Not risk your money nor waste your time with this company Qmar Fareed is very nasty as a seller.

Buyer beware. Their product did not perform as they advertised. Unfortunately their responses to my requests for help were slow, and it became too late for me to return for a refund. I guess I was too trusting. My opinion of their website with glowing customer reviews is that it may be a scam filled with false information. I attempted to post a review with a 1 star rating on it, and it is not showing up. I would never buy from them again based on my experience. Buyer beware!
Buyer BEWARE! This is a kid. Terrible customer service skills. They will give you the run around. I sent this piece of trash back to them and it took them a full five days to refund my money to my card. AVOID

Go elsewhere. These clowns know nothing of what they're selling. A simple file drop into a jail broken device and they sell it. I had a issue that took a second to fix after searching the net for days. Their "help" consisted of one sentence replies and nothing that would come close to fixing a simple issue. The fact they didn't know how to fix it attests to their lack of knowledge on what they're doing.

We have 3 ebay accounts. The link above show a combined total of over 4000 positive reviews, and a total of less than 10 negative reviews, which were handled with a refund by us, right away. Kim Gregory went on several different website to defame us, and her attempts have been pathethic. We were fair with her, she tried to use extortion of bad reviews to get free items from us. We declined. We don't respond well to threats, as no person ever should. And Kim Gregory of Maryland should be ashamed of herself for behaving in such a disgusting manner. Our reputation on ebay, where all three of our accounts are top rated speak for itself.

One disgruntled customer out of 20, 000... Not a bad record... Especially considering she kinda deserved it because she was so disrespectful. The customer was wrong, pun intended. Feel free to look at all our reviews on Ebay and Facebook above, totaling over a thousand positive and maybe 2 or 3 negative reviews. It's a pretty impressive record in my humble opinion. These sites only show the 1 or 2 complaints from people that are ridiculously angry. Read the lady's rant on the other websites, she literally ranted on several dozen websites. It's kinda amazing, since we haven't talked to her in months, and her purchase was over 6 months ago. Someone holds a grudge.
