I wish I could give a negative 5 star review. The product never worked for me and when I reached out to them to express my poor experience with it, they refused to honor their own return / warranty policy, which states " product must be in it's original packaging" Well it is, and still has the screen protection strips on it. On 9/28/24 placed an order. On 9/29/24 tried to cancel order but was told it was too late. Customer service was awful all they say I understand but can’t do anything about it. Order confirmation was never received on 9/28/24. But the order number changed. Took screenshot and email order number is different. But no explanation as to why it did. They post reviews all of which are good. Not one review with a complaint. This is an overseas company that should be banned in the united states. Have told them want a full refund. Do not want their products. They also attempt to sell sell you more products which pop up windows. If you are me they really offer care about money not the customers.

09/28/24 ordered 09/29/24 tried to cancel order but they refuse to cancel it. They always said it was too late. No matter how many times we tried to cancel it. Customer service is a joke. They don’t help or care about customers. They should be banned in the United States. The warranty or guarantee is not worth anything. Once you open package it is basically worthless warranty or guarantee. Cost more to send back because it is a foreign company. They also changed the order number so who knows what they are sending.
