This company is a complete disaster. I would not recommend buying from them at all. They are experts at scamming people. They send out different items than what you ordered and then try to charge you a huge restocking fee. They are sneaky and know how to hide their thievery in the purchase agreement. I have never dealt with such dishonest people in my life. They are so rude and disrespectful, it's unbelievable. They even called me after I complained about their mistake and yelled at me on the phone. Who does that to their customers? This company is a joke. They even threatened to write bad reviews about me, the customer. Can you believe that? They are the ones who deserve bad reviews. They have so many negative reviews that they have to pay a review service to only show good ones on their website. But I bet those are fake too. They are nothing but crooks. If you don't believe me, just google their reviews and see how many people they have screwed over. I wish I could give them a negative 5 stars.

I had a conversation with a representative from C2CLights this morning and it wasn't a pleasant experience. I was informed that the lights I ordered were not available and were on backorder. The representative offered me a different model, but at an increased price. I was frustrated with their advertised pricing because it wasn't accurate. Even if I chose the "no bulb" option, the price would still increase later due to an added cost to prepare the light to become "bulb ready". The representative acknowledged that they were aware of customer frustrations with their pricing structure, but the President had decided against making any changes.

I requested some type of correction to the online pricing, but the representative didn't seem interested in helping me. When I mentioned taking additional action, such as contacting the Better Business Bureau, the representative laughed and said, "good luck with that". I decided to cancel my order, and the representative finished the conversation by saying, "We don't need your business" and hung up.

I was left feeling powerless and frustrated, which is why I'm writing this review. If you're considering giving your money to a company, I suggest finding one that values your business. C2CLights clearly doesn't need it.

So, I recently ordered some lights from C2CLights and I gotta say, I was pretty disappointed with my experience. First off, I didn't realize that if your order is under $75, they hit you with a $15 surcharge. I mean, come on, why not just include that in the price or make it more clear before you get to the billing process? It felt like a sneaky way to get more money out of me.

But that's not even the worst part. One of the bulbs burned out way too soon and I tried to get a replacement, but they completely ignored me. I reached out twice and still haven't heard anything back. It's frustrating because I spent my hard-earned money on these lights and now I'm stuck with a faulty product.

Honestly, if I could give C2CLights zero stars, I would. It's just not worth the hassle and disappointment.

This website is a bit of a head-scratcher. I had to call up the sales team to get some help, and thankfully Mike was there to lend a hand. But why make it so hard to navigate in the first place? And what's up with not giving an estimated arrival date for orders? That's just plain weird.

I'm a first-time customer here, so I can't say for sure whether I'll be back. It all depends on how happy I am with my order when it finally arrives. So, I can't really give you a proper rating just yet. But I'll keep my fingers crossed that everything goes smoothly.

I would not recommend anyone to use this site for their lighting needs. The products are not what they seem and the customer service is non-existent. Stay away from C2CLights if you want a hassle-free shopping experience.
