We have been having problems with our internet for the past couple months. Internet cuts off and on. Sometimes for a couple seconds to hours. Every time I call customer service I get the same thing. There is a outage in your area. They refuse the send a technicians out every time I've called and refuse to let me talk to a supervisor. I have yet to receive any kind of help about this problem.
