TD Bank review: visa automatic debit card

VISA put a Fraud alert on my td bank card. Why do none of your Rite Aid TD bank machines work. I tried to take out money & it did not work. I tries to use my td bank card at the register & it did not work. I called td customer service & was told VISA automatically put a hold on my account. My entire family is in banking. Margaret Brody, Eileen Brody, Maureen Brody & none of them have ever heard of this. I asked to speak to a manager & I gave him my new cell number & he said that since they did not have that on file he could not send a text to it to verify my identity eventhough I gave him my name date of birth & social sec number & address & middle name. The last time I went to the td bank branch in bay ridge brooklyn the woman was only interested in servicing big business loans NOT my small $300 checking account. Please kindly advise VISA TO PLEASE STOP PUTTING A HOLD ON MY ACCOUNT. I am only an aide in a hospital with a LEARNING DISABILITY. THANK YOU. NOREEN BRODY [protected]
