My account was charged a total of 5 overdraft fees within one day and I didn't receive one alert regarding the overdraft fees. I checked my account the day before and it was current and the very next day I check my account and it's overdrawn for some transactions that were made almost a week ago which my balance reflected. Regardless if a transaction is pending or posted the amount is deducted. One charged that was posted was made on the 30th of last month, which I know made the account overdrawn as I was told if the merchant reverses the transactions than the fees will be reversed.. So why am I being charged fees for other transactions... Exactly a way for the bank to get over... No alerts of overdraft fees which I have alerts setup on my account again for the bank to get over and charge you fees without your knowledge... Not to mention I asked the bank on 5/4/20 to stop payments to this merchant and the transaction was still approved... Poor banking services! First photo shows were I asked for the stop payment to be applied
Second shows were the agent determines one transaction be reversed for fee to be reversed but I was charged 5 fees for charges that were place when the account was current and the balance reflected each transaction
