Take 5 Oil Change review: Filed a complaint, sent documents, still no response

Had a basic oil change done on 5-23-26. When I backed out of my garage later that day I heard a scraping. My oil pan skid plate was hanging. Took it back where they removed the hanging piece and told me to come back Monday.

Make a long story short, the manager (who also did my oil change) made promises to get a replacement part. (I have stopped by since to no solution, but promises.) Called their HQ….. promises…. No follow up.
Filed a complaint with the BBB. I was assigned an independent adjudicator. Sent all the requested info and pictures. Promised a response in 3 - 5 days. That was on June 15th. Left voicemail and sent emails for an update…. Nothing.
