Take 5 Oil Change review: Oil change

Got my oil changed sunday 09/26 at take 5 in manor. The service manager got into some kind of spat with the customer in the next bay. I wasn’t paying attention to what started it, but there was screaming and hood slamming and eventually the cops came, but the other person had already left the property. There was no one in front of me when I got there, but it still took 40 minutes before they started working on my truck because of everything else going on. I was ready to let all that go, gor my oil changed and went about my day. But this morning I go to start my truck that I haven’t driven since the day the oil was changed and it sounded terrible and smelled like something was burning. Why? NO OIL IN MY TRUCK. Today, as I type this, I am on hold for the third time, having spoken to multiple robots and exactly one person - who transferred me to the manor shop even though I asked her not to. And then what happened? The shop didn’t answer and their mailbox is full. So again, im back on hold as I type this. $170 on an oil change and there’s no oil in my truck and not a Take 5 representative in sight.
