Take 5 Oil Change

I was informed that my transmission fluid was at a safe level. I leave and engine light comes on I go get it checked and they said it's because of an issue with transmission. I take it back to take 5 and tell them I need my transmission fluid level rechecked. They tell me that they do not do that because they do not have the dipstick. I show them receipt showing that transmission fluid was checked and that's it was at a safe level. They said they just have to put that on the receipts but they do not offer that service. Now I have to get my transmission serviced because I have been driving it with low fluid levels which has causeed transmission to slip.
