Take 5 Oil Change

Good evening. My name is Randy Self. I am emailing you due a situation that occurred at one of your facilities today, June 6, 2023. I live in Greensburg, LA. I drive to Baton Rouge on the daily for work. I check all of my fluids to make sure everything is fine before I leave home. After work I stopped at your facility located at 12040 Florida blvd Walker La to get an oil change. Prior to this I have not had any issues or smoking with my vehicle. I have had no oil leaks and the vehicle had oil when I pulled up to get the oil change. The oil change was completed I proceeded to leave and I begin to start seeing smoke. I pull over and oil is shooting out from the top of my engine. I drove back to your facility only to be told I can't leave with my vehicle in the condition it was in. This is the last thing I needed to happen after working 12 hours. I sat and had to wait for a tow truck only to be told I had to pay out of pocket for something that is not my fault and wait for reimbursement. I have a wife and kids with a child on the way. This 800 dollar bill is going to kill me, but I need my vehicle to get to work. I have to be at work tomorrow, but my vehicle is in the shop. I am asking that the damages are covered.
